SANTA ROSA, CAAirport Village is an affordable multi-family housing project on Brickway Boulevard in Santa Rosa, less than one mile east of the Sonoma County Airport. Located between the Town of Windsor and Santa Rosa, it will be one of the largest housing developments outside of city limits and the largest builder’s remedy project in the state of California. Airport Village will offer much-needed housing for families and essential workers at varying levels of affordability.
The community consists of 1,464 units, over 10,000 square feet of marketing and recreation space, and a 10,000 square foot market. The 20 four-story buildings with a mix of 940 one-bedroom units, 352 two-bedroom units, and 172 three-bedroom units will create three neighborhoods throughout the site. The development will include over 2,000 parking spaces, 2,016 residential spaces and 41 spaces for commercial use to serve the retail amenities.
With a family-oriented demographic in mind, the heart of the property also includes a children’s play area, pet parks, and sports courts for the residents to enjoy. Other property features and amenities include landscaped walking paths, picnic areas, and fitness center.

Property purchased, plans submitted to the County of Sonoma.

WINDSOR, CACora Creek is a new affordable housing community located at 8975 Conde Lane in the Town of Windsor, just a short walk from the vibrant Windsor Town Green.
The development features 106 apartment homes across two four-story buildings, including 90 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units. Cora Creek offers the convenience of downtown living while maintaining a sense of privacy and retreat.
On-site vehicle and bicycle parking will be available, along with a variety of thoughtfully designed amenities. Residents will enjoy sport courts, pet parks, and a dedicated clubhouse. The beautifully landscaped grounds will include shade pavilions, arbors, patios, picnic areas, and a scenic creekside path, creating opportunities for both relaxation and connection.
Current Status: Plans approved by the Town of Windsor. Construction to begin Fall 2025.

WINDSOR, CAThe Windsor School - Gallaher Community Housing Project, located at 8955 Conde Lane is a new affordable multi-family housing development in the Town of Windsor. The former Windsor Elementary site will offer almost 400 workforce housing units and provide a much-needed option close to downtown on the surplus property site. New 4-story buildings will offer one, two- and three-bedrooms apartments, ranging in size from 500 square feet to 1000 square feet. Thoughtful amenities will be offered throughout the landscaped grounds where residents can enjoy sports courts, pet parks, picnic areas, a recreation building and Creekside pathway.

WINDSOR, CAElowen Oak Apartments is a fully entitled mixed-use community coming soon to Windsor, California. The project includes 62 thoughtfully designed apartment homes and 3,500 square feet of commercial space, offering high-quality rental housing for both very-low income and market-rate residents—with a focus on Sonoma County’s most vulnerable populations.
The community will feature on-site management, a resident community room, and outdoor gathering spaces to support connection and quality of life. Twelve of the homes (20%) will be reserved for households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Ideally located near schools, parks, transit, and daily amenities, Elowen Oak will provide residents with convenience, stability, and access—while contributing to the region’s housing affordability and economic vitality.
Status: Elowen Oak Apartments has completed all land use entitlements and is currently under construction.
